Use your current username and password information to log onto the secure areas in the new Resource Center. You do not need to obtain new credentials.
Navigation tips
Each product's Troubleshooting section now contains articles that were located in the Troubleshooting, Reference, and Solutions sections of the former Resource Center.
Improved search capabilities
The new Iron Mountain® Digital Resource Center offers fast, accurate GoogleTM -powered search capability, including advanced search options.
Type a word or phrase in the Search The Site field to search the Resource Center for documents containing specific words or combinations of words. Use the Advanced Search options to search within product lines with more sophisticated queries. The text search engine displays a weighted list of matching documents similar in style to Google search results, with the strongest matches shown first.
