Agent Agent Deployment guide Provides system administrators and Technicians with overview information and procedures regarding how to configure and manage Agents and accounts.
  Agent Help Provides end-users with a list of new features and with overview information, procedures, and windows-specific help for the Agent user interface.
  Agent Quick Start Provides end-users with a quick, two-page reference tool for the most common tasks they can perform using the Agent user interface.
  Product Overview Provides administrators with overview information about the Connected Backup product and architecture, archive sets, Agents, and management tools.
Agent Configuration Editor (ACE) Agent Configuration Editor (ACE) Help Provides system administrators and Technicians with windows-specific Help for the Agent Configuration Editor user interface for Legacy PC Agents.
DataBundler DataBundler Help Provides Technicians with overview information, procedures, and windows-specific Help for using the DataBundler application to fulfill requests for backed-up data on media.
Data Center Data Center Deployment guide Provides system administrators with overview and procedural information regarding how to configure, install, and manage a Data Center.
  Data Center Management Console (DCMC) Help Provides system administrators with overview and procedural information regarding how to use the DCMC interface to monitor and control Data Center operations.
  Data Center Setup Help Provides system administrators with overview and windows-specific Help for using the Data Center Setup wizard to install a Data Center.

This Help system is available only in the Data Center Setup interface; it is not available from the Resource Center.

  DataBundler Help Provides Technicians with overview information, procedures, and windows-specific Help for using the DataBundler application to fulfill requests for backed-up data on media.
  DataCopier Help Provides system administrators with overview and procedural Help for using the DataCopier tool to copy data from a Data Center's HSM device back to a Data Center server.

  Product Overview Provides administrators with overview information about the Connected Backup product and architecture, archive sets, Agents, and management tools.
  Upgrading from Pre-8.0 Versions Provides system administrators and Technicians with reference information regarding the preliminary requirements and impact of upgrading a pre-8.0 version of the Data Center and Agents to version 8.0 or later. Also provides detailed steps for upgrading pre-8.0 Agents.
Data Center Management Console (DCMC) Data Center Management Console (DCMC) Help Provides system administrators with overview and procedural information regarding how to use the DCMC interface to monitor and control Data Center operations.
