This help file provides information and procedures for each of the tasks you can perform using DC Status. It is also available in the DC Status interface by clicking Help or pressing F1.

Note: If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer with Security Patch 896358 for Microsoft Windows, use one of the following workarounds to view the help file.

Workaround 1

1. Download the Help (.chm) file to your computer.
2. Double-click the .chm file.
3. In the Open File-Security Warning box, clear Always ask before opening this file.
4. Click Open.

Workaround 2

1. Download the Help (.chm) file to your computer.
2. Right-click the .chm file, and then click Properties.
3. Click the Unblock button and click OK.
4. Double-click the .chm file to open the file.
