This help file provides information and procedures for each of the tasks you can perform using the Ticket Machine. It is also available in the Ticket Machine interface by clicking Help or pressing F1.
Data Center v8.2 only supports the Ticket Machine for Legacy PC Agents; it does not support the Ticket Machine for Connected Backup/PC 8.0 or later Agent versions, nor does it support the Ticket Machine for Connected Data Protector/SV 2.5 Agents.
