RCH-2 is specifically designed for high-density computing, with 332,000 square feet of space and 48 MW of scalable capacity, adaptable power-density configurations, liquid-cooling readiness, and infrastructure optimized for GPU clusters and AI training applications. Our Block N+1 redundancy design and dedicated 300 MVA campus substation guarantee reliable power for the most intensive computational workloads.

RCH-2 satisfies federal government standards including NIST 800-53, FISMA HIGH, and FedRAMP, complemented by comprehensive certifications including SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and six ISO standards addressing information security (ISO 27001), energy management (ISO 50001), environmental stewardship (ISO 14001), quality assurance (ISO 9001), business continuity (ISO 22301), and emissions reporting (ISO 14064). We are the exclusive provider maintaining ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 certifications worldwide.

The Richmond campus at White Oak Technology Park encompasses 66 acres and includes infrastructure supporting multiple large-scale data centers that provide over 200+ MW of aggregate customer power. Alongside RCH-2, RCH-1 (48 MW, 6 data halls) delivers beginning in 2027, while RCH-3 (60 MW, 6 data halls) will start delivering later in 2028, ensuring frictionless expansion pathways as your needs evolve. A fourth facility, RCH-4, is also in early development nearby with an expected completion of 2029. Our in-state Northern Virginia data center campus in Manassas also offers colocation space.

RCH-2 operates as a carrier-neutral facility with Tier 1 network providers, including Comcast, Lumen, Lumos, SummitIG, Verizon, Windstream, and Zayo available. The facility incorporates redundant meet-me rooms, diverse fiber entry points, and direct connections to leading cloud service providers. Positioned within Virginia's second-largest data center concentration, RCH-2 delivers low-latency access to Northern Virginia Data Center Alley and Virginia Beach as well as connectivity to hundreds of ISPs and managed service providers.
