Our Digital HR solution for Iron Mountain InSight® DXP is a scalable, low-code, multi-tenant Software as a Service (Saas) solution designed to unify your HR ecosystem, automate manual processes, and strengthen data governance. We know that valuable data exists across physical and digital documents, and across multiple applications. Our solution offers multiple ways to complement your human capital management (HCM) systems, such as full document and records management, data classification and enrichment, industry and jurisdiction-specific retention and privacy standards, and generative AI chat within documents.

As part of our most recent release, we’ve also added agentic AI to our Digital HR solution, allowing customers to leverage pre-built AI agents to autonomously perform a range of complex HR processes with minimal human oversight. They’re able to provide quick answers, identify ideal candidates for talent acquisition, and suggest goal-setting improvements for better employee performance outcomes.
