Helping a commercial car dealership run their business

A West Coast car dealership has been utilizing Iron Mountain’s Secure Logistics for years to transport sensitive customer documents between their dealership locations and their main office. Using an Iron Mountain EV van, documents are picked up every weekday by the same assigned drivers to the account. Barcodes are scanned when the secured tubs are handed over from the customer to our vetted Iron Mountain driver, and rescanned when they are delivered to their final destination. The transportation service is performed as a dedicated "white glove" stop, meaning it is prioritized before the driver proceeds to other deliveries.

Helping a large medical facility support patient care

A large teaching hospital and university uses Iron Mountain’s Secure Logistics to transport patient medical records between facilities. With 12 to 18 stops per-day across the campus and the city where it resides, 3-5 routes are established with dedicated drivers to transport critical documents between doctor’s offices and their medical records department. Secured totes are scanned upon pick-up and scanned again at delivery, following secure chain of custody protocols.
